Unless otherwise agreed the period of occupancy is 4pm on the day of
arrival until 10am on the day of departure. |

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount payable is required to confirm
booking. The balance is payable 28 days before you arrive.

|
|
CANCELLATION:
You should notify us of cancellation by telephone, and follow this
with a letter by first class mail. If the cancellation is made at
least 60 days before the start of the booking and we are able to
re-let your deposit will be returned. If this is not the case your
deposit may be forfeit. Persons failing to notify us of cancellation
or having to leave early for any reason will be liable to pay the
whole cost of there booking.

BED LINEN:
Provided free of charge but NOT Towels (except by special arrangement). |

PETS:
We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate cats and
dogs at
The Cottage, Dores. If you need to bring a dog, there is a boarding
kennel close by in Dores (Contact Meg Gore on 01463 751278).
Alternatively we are quite happy to accommodate dogs at our other
letting units in Dores -
Loch Ness Log Cabins.
If you have a horse that you would like to bring on holiday with you we
would be happy to provide livery services at Loch Ness Riding just a
couple of miles up the hill - see

ADMISSIONS & EVICTIONS:
Persons causing unreasonable damage or annoyance may be asked to leave.
The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission for any just
reason and refund of monies paid will depend on the cost of any damage
done, and any other loss to the proprietors. |

VEHICLES:
Vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at their owners
risk. |
|
|
MINORS:
Bookings from those under 18 cannot normally be accepted. |

|
AVAILABILITY:
If due to circumstances beyond our control, the Cottage you have booked
is not available (e.g due to fire) a full refund will be made and every
effort will be made to suggest alternative accommodation. |
